DESCRIPTIONS AND PICTURES OF GOODS
Union Golf PLC makes every attempt to
accurately represent the products that we sell.
Product descriptions and pictures are only
ever intended as a guide and may not always be identical to the actual supplied
goods, as our suppliers may modify their products without notice. If a customer
would like to ensure that a product has a particular feature or purpose that is
not advertised in the description they are free to contact Union Golf.
Unfortunately, Union Golf are unable to
guarantee that every description will be correct. If a customer feels that a
product’s description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then they are
expected to contact Union Golf with their concerns, where we will do our best
to address the issue.
Union Golf reserves the right to make any
changes to an item’s description or illustration at any time, without notice
(Union Golf will always make the effort to contact the customer of any
changes).
2.
ORDERING
2.1 Acceptance
of orders
The acceptance of an order and the contract
of sale will only ever be finalized upon notification of dispatch, which will
be confirmed in the format of an e-mail. The contract of sale will only then be
deemed as legally binding.
Union Golf are entitled to take payment of
an order, prior to the acceptance and the finalization of a contract. The
removal or the earmarking of funds does not indicate our company’s acceptance
to commence contractual relations.
Occasionally technical errors do occur, and
Union Golf reserves the right to cancel any transaction in which a product has
been sold at an incorrect value. Customers will be notified of this as soon as
possible.
3.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
3.1
General Information
Union Golf works in partnership with third
party couriers- Interlink and Royal Mail. Union Golf has the right to send a
customer’s parcel via any method, as long as it complies with our contractual
obligations made with the customer at purchase.
Parcels are dispatched from our warehouses
Monday to Friday, and will be dispatched up until 5:30pm. The delivery of an
order can occur 7 days a week, unless a customer requests a special
time/service.
All goods will be dispatched from Union
Golf in a professional and saleable condition, and we continually work hard
with our couriers to make sure they are delivered to customers in an acceptable
condition. If am item is received in what is deemed a substandard condition by
the customer, the customer is expected to sign for the product as damaged and
make Union Golf aware of this as soon as possible.
Customers can request specific dates of
delivery by contacting Union Golf customer services.
3.2
Delivery Failure or Non-Delivery
Our courier will attempt delivery, and if
unsuccessful, will leave a calling card informing the customer of their
attempt. Our company advises our customers’ to follow the instructions on the
card, and if necessary our customers’ may contact our company in order to
re-arrange delivery or resolve any problems they experience. We do recommend
that our customers’ contact the courier company directly as our powers are
limited once the parcel is in the courier’s possession.
If a customer does not respond to the
calling card within five working days, the parcel(s) will be returned to our
warehouse and the customer will be liable for all postage costs. If the
customer has not received a calling card by the last day, of the expected
delivery dates, the customer is responsible for informing our company of this,
to avoid the parcel(s) being returned. If the customer has not contacted us
within this period, they may be liable for postage.
3.3
Delivery of Damaged Goods
Union Golf will always endeavour to send
orders safely, and to the satisfaction of all our customers, however on
occasions some items may arrived damaged due to transit. We would advise
customers upon receipt of such items to sign for the parcel as damaged and
contact Union Golf in order to arrange an exchange. Union Golf might ask the
customer for photos in order to claim against the couriers.
3.3
Delivery of an Incorrect Item
Union Golf will always attempt to ensure
that every order is received in accordance with the customer’s request; however
on occasions some orders are packed incorrectly.
As a customer who receives an incorrect
item, please contact Union Golf within 10 working days of receipt, via email.
We request an e-mail is sent, so that both parties have written confirmation of
the claim. We will assume after 10 working days that if we have not heard from
you, the item that was ordered was delivered correctly.
4.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Union Golf reserves the right to cancel any
order, for any reason, at our own discretion without notice. If Union Golf does
cancel an order a customer will be notified via email as soon as possible.
The customer may cancel an order up to 14
days after receiving the goods, so long as the customer still possesses proof
of purchase and that the goods are new and unused. If an order is cancelled
prior to dispatch, no administration fees will be incurred, however the
customer should contact our customer service as a matter of urgency.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee cancellation, and this can only be
guaranteed once the customer has received a confirmation e-mail from Union
Golf.

If an order is dispatched prior to
cancellation the customer is liable for postage. Union Golf offers our own
collection service, however we do charge £10.00 per parcel and the goods must
be fully protected for transit. If the customer has disposed of the original
packaging they are expected to find alternative and equivalent packaging, of
which Union Golf is not responsible to provide.
If the returning item(s) are insufficiently
protected, we have the right to inspect any parcel and item. If the item is
damaged, Union Golf will contact the customer about the next step.

Only on receipt of the goods back to Union
Golf will a refund be arranged. A refund usually takes 3-5 days to process due
to the banks, and our own administration processes. Once your order has been
refunded by Union Golf, you will be notified.
5.
REFUND POLICY
Items purchased through Union Golf may be
returned to u within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are
returned brand new, unused and in sufficient/original packaging, in order to
claim a full refund, replacement or exchange. If the returning item(s) are
insufficiently protected, we have the right to fully inspect the item before
issuing a refund, replacement or exchange.
The customer will be responsible for return
postage, except in the instances of fault or order inconsistency, in which we
will arrange our own courier’s to exchange the faulty or incorrect item.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or
different from those ordered, please contact Union Golf, within fourteen days
of delivery. The returns department can be contacted via e-mail.

In instances of faulty or damaged goods our
company reserves the right to return the purchased goods to the manufacturer,
and we retain the right to await their response on how best to proceed with our
customer’s complaint. Union Golf will make every effort to keep the customer
informed of the status of their order.
Prior to returning the goods for any reason
please contact Union Golf, to inform them of the reasons for return and to
obtain the necessary authorization. This will speed up the return process for
the customer.
IMPORTANT: Customers are required to retain
proof of purchase, and be able to produce this upon request.
6.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Our aim is to deal with any problems or
concerns within 3 working days, however during peak times a response maybe
delayed. In order to prevent any disappointment we recommend that any
complaints are sent via e-mail.
Union Golf takes all complaints very
seriously, and will respond to all customer complaints as soon as
possible. If a customer has a complaint
or any recommendations, they are advised to contact our Customer Services
Department.

customers to review their products, both good and bad. Union Golf will publish
a selection of reviews on all our products. The aim of the product reviews are
there to help customers make good buying decisions. However, we do not publish
all reviews, and reserve the right not to publish any given review without
reason. Reviews that contain inappropriate language or mention of competitors
will not be published.

Credit/Debit Card Security
All financial transactions carried out with
Union Golf, take place using secure servers. This software ensures that no
third party can access our customer details.
All credit and debit card details are
deleted immediately after being charged. If an order is placed online, the
transaction details cannot be seen by any of our staff members. No card details
are ever stored by Union Golf.

General Information Security
Union Golf is fully committed to protecting
the customers privacy, we only use the information we collect from their
shopping experience to process an order. Union Golf does not share customer
information with anyone.

Modification of Terms and Conditions
Union Golf reserve the right to modify our
Terms and Conditions. The modifications will be effective on the date that we
post the modified Terms and Conditions on our website. Union Golf reserves the
right not to provide notice.
